No potable water, no showers, no dump station, and supplies are 10-plus miles out. Non-hunters can't get a permit at all, so this camp has nothing to offer outside hunting season.
Compare with similar sites, watch availability, and build a packing list — Camp Sage handles all of it.
Fall delivers the best overall experience. Daytime highs typically run mid-60s to low-80s F in November and December, with overnight lows in the 40s and 50s. The dry ground and lower humidity make travel on primitive roads easier and reduce mosquito pressure compared to summer. Expect moderate hunter activity on weekends and during major season dates. Summer brings higher humidity and frequent afternoon thunderstorms.

The site lacks modern amenities, including potable water, showers, and electricity.
