<p>Meadow Knolls Group Campground is located on Meadow Lake. This is a beautiful high elevation lake at 7500 feet. Enjoy the views while boating, swimming or riding the nearby OHV trails. It is a popular spot for off-highway vehicle enthusiasts. Two group sites with space for 25 people each are provided. There are no hookups or showers at this campground. </p>

Best season: summer. Late summer (August–September) offers the best combination of reliably warm days (typically mid-60s to mid-80s°F at 6,158 ft) and cool, comfortable nights (40s–50s), with Jackson Meadow Reservoir at its most accessible for boating, swimming and fishing. Trails and lakeside sites are at their peak for hiking, biking, wildlife viewing and water recreation, and the campground is fully open and reservable. Expect moderate weekend crowds—reservations are recommended—and occasional fire restrictions/d Peak months: August, September, October Avoid: January, February, March, April
