About This Gear
A 4x4 inch stainless scissor lift with a 6.6 lb load capacity, made for laboratory benches and drafted into our camp kitchen. Turn the knob to raise or lower the platform. We use a pair to stabilize the back edge of a chafing dish balanced across two Jetboil burners, so the water bath sits level while it heats.
