Springbar STORMFLY 10x14
Key Specifications
About This Gear
A great tarp for stormy conditions, the STORMFLY offers superior water resistance. Its heavier weight might make it less appealing for backpacking, but for car camping, it's excellent.
Our Take
From our own trips, not from reviews
A Springbar accessory that does two jobs. The one people expect is rain: it keeps the canvas dry, which matters more than it sounds, because canvas has to be stored dry and a wet pack-up becomes a problem waiting for you at home.
The one we actually keep it for is dirt. Pitched under trees, canvas collects sap and bird droppings, and getting either off canvas is miserable work. The fly takes the hit instead.
