    Cancellation PolicyCustomers may cancel reservations online or via the call center prior to arrival; a $10 service fee is withheld from refunds. Late cancellations (the day before or on arrival) for individual campsites incur a $10 service fee AND forfeiture of the first night's use fee; one-night cancellations forfeit the entire amount paid. No-shows are assessed a $20 service fee and forfeit the first night's recreation fee. Changes: a $10 fee for switching dates entirely outside the original reservation; no fee for extending/shortening within original dates or swapping to same-price sites within same facility. After a reservation date begins, online changes are not allowed. Partial refunds may be available for early departures; customers must notify staff or the call center to request refunds.
