Driving directionsIMPORTANT: REDWOOD ROAD FROM CASTRO VALLEY IS CLOSED INDEFINITELY. You can access the campground from Redwood Road off Highway 13 (Oakland). Please note that the road is very narrow and winding for approximately 10 miles to the campground. Limited to no cell service. The campground entry gate (Marciel gate) is LOCKED at 10 pm, and does not reopen until 8 am. Plan your arrival and excursions accordingly.
Access is restricted via Redwood Road from Castro Valley—it is closed indefinitely. The only entrance is via Oakland (Redwood Road, Highway 13). The road is narrow and winding for approximately 10 miles. Limited to no cell service in the area.
