    Effective Jan. 27, 2025: Construction has begun on a new Nature Walk and Visitor Center atTopsail Hill Preserve State Park. The tram stop and temporary restrooms have been relocated to the left of the construction fence. 8 a.m. until sundown, 365 days a year $6 per vehicle
