From April 1st through October 31st, the campground operates at full capacity with water hookups and shower facilities, making warm-weather camping even more comfortable. Peak season brings the lake to life with swimmers, boaters, and anglers, while off-season visits offer a quieter, more intimate experience with nature.

Nestled on the shores of sparkling Pomme de Terre Lake, Pittsburg Campground (Loop 200) serves as your gateway to water-filled adventures and peaceful lakeside relaxation. This well-appointed campground on the Pittsburg side offers convenient access to marinas, swimming beaches, and scenic hiking trails—everything you need for the perfect lake getaway.
Approximately 240 campsites are available across the park. Lodging options include three yurts, four camper cabins, one full-service marina cabin and a lake house.
